Primary Care Clinician
Looking for the right fit to join our team!
Willow Health is an independent family medicine clinic in the wonderful North Fargo community, and we're looking for a Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Medical Doctor (MD or DO) to join our practice.
We believe primary care is about more than treating symptoms. It's about building relationships, getting to know patients and their families, and providing thoughtful, personalized care throughout every stage of life. We're looking for someone who shares that philosophy and wants to be part of a smaller, relationship-centered practice.
What you'll do
Provide comprehensive primary care for patients across the lifespan.
Evaluate and treat acute illnesses, injuries, and common medical conditions.
Diagnose, manage, and monitor chronic diseases.
Provide preventive care, wellness visits, health screenings, and immunizations.
Support women's health and other age-appropriate health needs.
Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic studies.
Develop individualized treatment plans and provide patient education.
Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists and larger health systems when needed.
Maintain accurate medical records and support continuity of care.
Build lasting, trusting relationships with patients and families.
